The application · Fifteen minutes

A few honest sentences
beat a polished paragraph.

Written by the student — a parent can fill in the contact details, but the answers are what we read. New here? Read how admission works first: who it's for, the five steps, dates and terms.

The application

Fifteen minutes,
in the student's own words.

Now it's our turn.

Thank you. A personal reply is on its way within three business days — we answer every application, either way.

If you don't hear from us by then, something went wrong in transit: write to amit@jointhelongrun.com and we'll sort it out.

There's no correct answer to anything below. We're reading for curiosity, not polish — a few honest sentences beat a finished paragraph every time.

Three questions · the student answers

Three sentences is plenty. "My mom is making me" is a legitimate answer — say so and say what, if anything, you'd want out of it anyway.

A hunch is enough. Fridays exist to examine exactly these.

The philosophy question. Skip it if nothing comes — it will by week eight.

A person — the person who teaches the course — reads this and replies within three business days. Submitting costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
